Conditions for the key laboratory of the city include: the key laboratory relying on the unit must be registered in Zibo City, and the unit can provide sufficient construction and operating funds for key laboratories. Relying on the unit as an enterprise, the proportion of R & D investment in the last year accounted for more than 3%of the main business income. Under the same conditions, prioritize supporting high -tech enterprises to build key laboratories; key laboratories have been engaged in scientific research in the art for more than 2 years, and the laboratory is nearby nearby. Three years should bear innovative projects above the municipal level (inclusive). Lead or participate in national scientific and technological planning projects and lead the provincial major scientific and technological innovation projects, priority support; key laboratories must have a scientific and technological innovation team with a reasonable age and knowledge structure and high level. 25 people; key laboratories have advanced and complete scientific research conditions and facilities. The experimental rooms are relatively concentrated, with an area of ​​more than 1500 square meters.

This time, enterprises are encouraged to jointly apply for universities and scientific research institutes, integrate scientific and technological innovation resources, and strengthen collaborative innovation. The joint application shall provide a joint application agreement. The application unit shall submit the application materials and summarized table paper version to the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau before July 22.
