As of now, the construction area of ​​21 border counties has an area of ​​46 square kilometers, the municipal roads are 411.96 kilometers, and the popularization rate of public water supply is 84.45%. Harmized treatment facilities, the harmless treatment rate of domestic garbage was 95.69%; the heating project was built in 7 border counties with a heating area of ​​3.509 million square meters.

In 2021, the district implemented 132 million yuan and implemented the construction of drainage facilities in border counties such as Luoza County; 901 million yuan was implemented, and the construction of urban political roads in border counties such as Zhongba County and Kuala Laoshi County. In 2022, the planned investment was 256 million yuan to implement the water drainage improvement and pipe network reconstruction project of Longzi, Milin County; the planned investment of 199 million yuan, and the construction of two counties including the second phase of the Langcazi and Lota; the planned investment was 401 million Yuan, the construction of the municipal roads of Kuala Laolong County and Moly County.
