According to the requirements of the Shijiazhuang Municipal Urban Construction Plan, Huaqing South Street (Yuhua Road to Xingnan Road, Huailing Road to Hua'an Road) drainage pipe reconstruction project is scheduled to start construction at 22:00, July 8, 2022.

1. Construction period

July 8, 2022 to September 28, 2022, 80 days of construction;

2. Construction method and traffic organization

In order to ensure the travel of the residents along the street, the construction method is taken in sections.

In the first paragraph of Huaqing South Street (Yuhua Road to Huaibei Road), the one -way road (Yuhua Road to Huaibei Road) was changed during construction to two -way traffic on motor vehicles; The construction of Huaqing South Street (Yuhua Road to Fangbei Village) was carried out for construction. During the construction period, motor vehicles were prohibited from passing the construction section. The construction road section of the units of residents in the street is detouring Huaibei Road; ensuring that Huaqing South Street and Huaibei intersection are connected in three directions. In the second step, the construction of Huaqingnan Street (Fangbei Xincun returns to the gate of the building to Huaibei Road) for construction. During the construction period, motor vehicles are prohibited. The residents of the units along the street are detouring Yuhua Road in and out of the street;

In the second paragraph of Huaqing South Street (Huaibei Road to Huahaong Road), the one -way road (Huaizhong Road to Huaibei Road) was changed to a two -way pass from the construction period (Huaizhong Road to Huaibei Road); the construction was carried out in two phases. In the first phase, the construction of Huaqing South Street (at the entrance of the dormitory from Huaibei Road to the Sports Institute) was carried out. The construction section was prohibited from passing motor vehicles and non -motor vehicles. Huaqing South Street and Huaizhong intersection are interconnected. In the second phase, the construction of Huaqing South Street (at the entrance of the dormitory from Huaizhong Road to the Sports Institute) was carried out. The construction section was prohibited from passing motor vehicles and non -motor vehicles. Huaqing South Street and Huaizhong Road pass through the east and west.

In the third paragraph of Huaqing South Street (Huaizhong Road to Xingnan Road), the current road of Huaqing South Street (Huaizhong Road to Xingnan Road) is available for construction. During construction, motor vehicles and non -motor vehicles are prohibited. Ensure that Huaqing South Street and Huaizhong Road are connected. Huaqing South Street and the southwest direction of Xingnan intersection are interconnected.

The fourth section of Huaqing South Street (Huailing Road to Hua'an Road), blocking Huaqingnan Street (Huailing Road to Hua'an Road), the current road is under construction. During construction, motor vehicles are prohibited. The remaining 3 -meter pavement ensures that Huaqing South Street and Huailing Road are interconnected.
