The site of the North Ting City is located 12 kilometers north of Jimusal County. It is an administrative center in the area north of Tianshan, Xinjiang from the Tang Dynasty to Yuan. In 1988, the North Ting's Old City Site was identified as a national key cultural relics protection unit. In 2013, he was selected into the National Archaeological Site Park in 2013. In 2014, the ruins of the Beiting City, as the "Silk Road: Chang'an -Tianshan Corridor Road Network", was included in the "World Heritage List" in the first batch of 6 heritage points in Xinjiang. The ruins of the North Ting Once witnessed the effective management of the Central Dynasty in the Western Regions, the prosperity of the ancient commercial trade, and the interaction and exchanges of all ethnic groups in the Western Regions. In 2017, it was included in the World Heritage List. On July 18, 2019, the History and International Community of Gulangyu History in Xiamen City and the North Ting Old Town of Jimusal County were "Friendly World Cultural Heritage Sites (points)".
