Det my "hometown blue"! The Ministry of Economic and Social and Social and Social and Social and Social and Social and Social and Social and Environment, the Ministry of Education and Education of the People's Daily, and People's Daily Online have jointly carried out photography collection activities to collect and release blue sky photos and stories behind them. The quality has improved significantly, and fully shows the practical power of Xi Jinping's thought of ecological civilization. After the collection of photography was launched on June 15th, photographers and netizens across the country actively participated and enthusiastically manusted. Starting from July 4, we have successively demonstrated the selected photography works and the vivid stories behind it ~

I am Li Yunting, director of the atmospheric room of the Beijing Ecological Environmental Monitoring Center. I have been engaged in environmental protection for more than 20 years. It is a "veteran" on the environmental protection front.

From the haze siege of more than 10 years ago, to now the blue sky and white clouds have become more normal, our Beijing citizens have carried out the "increase of the blue sky". As a native of Beijing, I also experienced such a significant change in person, and I also wanted to expose our "hometown blue".

Since the monitoring of PM2.5 in 2013, the average concentration of PM2.5 in Beijing has continued to decline. Last year, it fell to 33 micrograms/cubic meter, which was the lowest in history and reached the national standard for the first time. Essence The rapid speed of air quality in Beijing has been rated as "a miracle" by the UN Environmental Planning Department.

The comparison of excellent air quality is also very obvious. Last year, Beijing's excellent days reached 288 days, accounting for 78.9%of the total number of days throughout the year, an increase of 112 days from 2013; the number of heavy pollution days fell to 8 days -it also included 3 days of external sand and dust, which was compared with 2013, which was compared to 2013. Full of 50 days.

The blue sky is still increasing, and the air quality continues to improve. The latest statistics of air quality in Beijing in the first May of this year have been announced. The concentrations of PM2.5, PM10, Nitrogen dioxide, and sulfur dioxide are the best in history. Essence

Now, people's sense of blue sky has improved significantly, and the blue sky photos in WeChat circle of friends are no longer rare. For such an excellent transcript, as an environmental protection person, I feel relieved and proud.

In the past, the star tracks in Beijing, that is, the track of the continuous movement of the stars, had to go to the suburbs. A few days ago, some photography enthusiasts took the star track in Shougang Garden. This shows that Beijing's Tianer is indeed getting better and better It's right.

Beijing has been fully "declared war" from PM2.5 since 2013. The governance of air pollution has gradually shifted to refinement. The basic data behind the battle of a battle comes from our monitoring center.

In recent years, the team has deployed more than 1,000 small sensors to cover more than 300 streets (towns and villages) in the city. This set of high -density air quality monitoring networks can be achieved. The results of air quality monitoring can be accurate to the kilometer level. Monitoring data is open to the streets (townships), and grass -roots environmental management personnel can quickly get first -hand data, and the efficiency and effect of environmental protection responsibility have greatly improved.

The high -density monitoring network provides massive data. The team and I combine these data with meteorological, geographical information, pollution sources, social big data, etc., and established a traceability system that traces the cause of pollution to the cause of pollution.

Through this system, we can accurately identify high -value zones emitted in Beijing, expose them, and provide a direct basis for precise law enforcement and targeted pollution control. With the help of high -density monitoring networks, Beijing's environmental monitoring work officially moves to the era of big data.

Last year, the air quality in Beijing first met the standard for the first time, and the atmospheric governance made a milestone breakthrough. This is the result of joint efforts from all walks of life in the city and surrounding areas.

I clearly feel that the public's environmental awareness, literacy and participation have been significantly improved in recent years. Over the years, more and more citizens who have applied for the monitoring center to monitor the centers have been applied for the center, from a few years old to the elderly in their 80s.

As a "veteran" on the environmental protection front, I saw that many environmental workers were next to me for the improvement of every micrograms of pollutants such as PM2.5. The front line. The blue sky was "pulled" out of such a micrograms.

It can be seen from the monitoring data that since 2013, the concentration level of air pollutants in Beijing has declined year by year. This shows that the direction of our actions and governance is correct, and it is constantly playing a role. It has been going in the current direction and will definitely achieve satisfactory results.

I also know that although the air quality in Beijing has reached the standard, the PM2.5 concentration level is only the stage goal of the World Health Organization that has just reached the World Health Organization, and there are still heavy pollution weather.

We will continue to work hard to make the air quality monitoring network more comprehensive and scientific, and better support refined management. At the same time, the citizens hope that the citizens will continue to make suggestions and actively act, and make a force for ecological environmental protection.

Breathe, work together, work together! For more and more "hometown blue", let's cheer together!
