The Guang'an Municipal Consumer Council held a conference on the general meeting and the first meeting of the Fifth All Committee

On July 6, the Guang'an City Protection of the Consumer Rights Committee and the Fifth Committee of the Fifth Committee were held at the Municipal Market Supervision Bureau. The Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress Tu Mingchun and the Secretary -General of the Provincial Consumer Committee Moli attended the meeting and spoke. The meeting listened to the "Work Report of the Fourth Committee of the Guang'an City Protection Consumer Rights Committee", reviewed and passed the "Articles of Association of the Guang'an Consumer Rights Protection Committee (revised draft)" and "Election Measures for the Fifth Committee (Draft)".

The meeting fully affirmed the various functions given by the Fourth Consumer Council of the Municipal Consumer Council, firmly established the concept of "consumer -centric", and insisted on the effectiveness of the work achieved by consumers. Effectively fulfill the functional responsibilities of protecting consumers' legitimate rights and interests and maintaining the fair and orderly market.

The election of Tu Mingchun was Hou Mingrong, the executive deputy director of the Municipal Consumer Council's Fifth Committee, Liu Jian as the executive deputy director, and the Security Director of the Municipal Market Supervision Bureau as the executive deputy director and the director of the municipal consumer protection service center, as the secretary -general.

Tu Mingchun pointed out that the Municipal Consumer Commission must adhere to the concept of the people's supremacy, do a good job of consumer rights protection, build a rest assured to consume the environment, so that residents can "consume, dare to consume, and wish to consume", and enhance consumers' sense of gain, happiness, and security. The Municipal Consumer Commission should give full play to the role of member units, comprehensively use various means, improve the ability of rights protection, relieve consumer contradictions, resolve consumer disputes, and ensure that Guang'an Consumption Rights protection work is effective. Based on the new stage of development, the Municipal Consumer Commission should implement the new development concept, integrate into the new development pattern, work together to work together, build a consumer rights protection system, and cooperate to improve the consumer environment.

Molly congratulated and delivered a speech to the conference, which fully affirmed Guang'an's achievements in protecting consumer rights and interests.
