Yanhe Road extension project starts from Xinmin North Street in the east, and in the west to Yanchuan North Street. The road is 2.4 kilometers in length. It intersects with Democratic Street and Minchang Street along the road. The lane contains 4 lanes and 2 lanes of the motor vehicle, and the width of the sidewalks on both sides is 4 meters. According to Ma Yan, deputy station director of the Quality Supervision Station of Yanji City Construction Project, as a key project of urban construction, the Yanhe Road extension project is a new road to optimize the construction of the western urban road network and relieve transportation. Construction content includes road base engineering, retaining wall engineering, rainwater pipeline engineering, sewage pipeline engineering, street light engineering, facade engineering, green tree pool, and small bridge along the line.

At present, all the construction content of the retaining wall project and the culvert project has been completed; the road base project and the rainwater pipeline project have completed 70%of the corresponding total; the 46 prefabricated beams and 21 drilling piles of the bridge engineering have been completed. Frequent rainfall during the flood season has affected the construction, and the project department has formulated a scientific and reasonable construction plan.
