The project starts at the intersection of the National Highway G228 and Changle Panasonic Shugang Road, and the final point is near the intersection of Hongjia Avenue and the former Avenue of the port.The project runs through Panasonic Port Area, organically connects to the Yuanhong Development Zone of Fuzhou, and integrates the overall traffic network of Changle to the north, strengthens the rapid traffic connection of the north and south of the area, and allows the Silk Road Harbor City, Binhai New City, and International Aviation City to interconnect.Binhai Xincheng Road.

According to the plan, the National Highway G228 in our province will become a first -class coastal landscape. It passes through Ningde, Fuzhou, Putian, Quanzhou, Xiamen, and Zhangzhou along the way, with a total length of more than 1,000 kilometers.Among them, the Fuzhou section is planned for 215 kilometers, the theme is "the city of blessing and the city of happiness", passing from north to south to Luo Yuan, Lianjiang, Mawei, Changle, and Fuqing.
