Before January 1, 2022, the deposit base after the adjustment of the employees in the unit shall not be lower than the minimum wage standard of the month in the city of the previous year. The base must not be lower than the lowest wage standard of the city's monthly month in 2022.

The lower limit of the housing provident fund deposit ratio of the unit and employees is 5%each, and the upper limit is 12%. The unit can choose the appropriate deposit ratio in the lower limit of the payment ratio and the upper limit range according to the actual situation.

From July 1st this year, flexible employees can adjust the housing provident fund deposit base in accordance with the voluntary payment agreement. The adjusted payment base shall not be lower than the minimum wage standard of the month in the last year of the previous year.
