The proportion of the digital economy in the entire GDP increased to 39.8%." The National Internet Information Office Deputy Director Cao Shumin said at the Fifth Digital China Construction Summit on the 5th that since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the digital economy development momentum has been accelerated.

Cao Shumin said that the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly proposed to build a strong country, digital China, and smart society.
