Li Zaizhong is a water sports enthusiast. He grew up by the Minjiang River, swimming in Jiangli since he was a child, and looked at his circle of friends. He worked in the morning swimming, running, paddle board, and dragon boat all kinds of punch cards. The perennial exercise makes him strong, sincere and happy, always bringing everyone in sunlight and positive energy.

Li Zaizhong is a enthusiastic and kind person. He hopes that when others need help, he can timely extend his help. "I often have seen the scenes of drowning many times. The family members are sad, and I can't help crying."

In 2008, he joined the "Yunxi Outdoor Rescue Team" and used his spare time to train to become the backbone force of the rescue team. Wearing life -saving clothes, paddle boards, paddles hard, on the turbulent Minjiang River, fighting against the impact of water flow, and quickly approaching the rescue target. This is the daily training content of the paddle board rescue team led by Li Zaizhong.

On August 29, 2009, the rainstorm in Shangma Town, Naxi District, Luzhou City, encountered flood attacks and drowned the streets. After receiving the signal of asking for help, Li Zaizhong and the team members quickly dispatched. At that time, a barge was washed away by the flood. If it was rushed to the coffee dyke, it would likely cause the dyke and brought an inestimable loss.

At that time, without any hesitation, Li Zaizhong and his teammates immediately devoted himself to the danger of rescue barge. They drove the barrier and chased the barge down the river. When approaching the barge, they jumped up, tied the cables, fixed, and risked their lives. They "tame" the "beast" that raised horizontally in the rapids. Later, they learned that the rescue and recovery of the day was more than 10 million yuan in direct economic losses.

On July 23, 2012, the flood peak of the Yangtze River passed the border. Bingling Road, located by the Yongning River, was flooded by the flood, the floods forced the building, and many people were besieged by floods. Li Zaizhong and Yunxi outdoor emergency rescue rescue team members rushed in time and successfully rescued more than 200 people with two assault boats.

In June 2020, at the end of the training of Minjiang, Li Zaizhong suddenly heard someone shouting for help. Looking at the sound, a water dropper has been involved in more than 50 meters in the river. Li Zaizhong, who was far away from, did not hesitate, and quickly picked up life -saving equipment to jump into the water. The flood rolled rolling, and the current was extremely turbulent.

When Li Zaizhong was about to approach the waterfall, a big wave came, and the falling waterman disappeared into the river. A lively life fell in front of Li Zaizhong's eyes. The water -falling person struggling in the rivers and water. The helpless scene often appeared in front of Li Zaizhong's eyes, and the blow to Li Zaizhong was very large.

Therefore, in June 2020, Li Zaizhong and his friends established the "Luzhou Swimming Association's Minjiang Branch Passage Board Rescue Team". The purpose is that when the masses are in danger, more people can participate in the rescue and save more lives.

Two months later, on the evening of August 23, at the time, it was the Daxi Season. When Li Zaizhong scratched the river on the section of the Baizitu section of Jiangyang District, he suddenly found that there was a water dropper about 30 meters away. Li Zaizhong was too late to think, while calling the people who were leisure on the shore to report to the police, while drawing the paddle board to the waterfall.

When the water was approaching the water, Li Zaizhong hurriedly held the waterfront's clothes and sent the water dropper to the shore. At that time, the water was turbulent and the rescue was extremely difficult. Fortunately, Li Zaizhong has many years of swimming experience and good physical strength. He has successfully rescued the water falling person by relying on the role of the paddle board to get rid of the danger.
