(3) Motor vehicles that were originally turned left at the intersection of Tonghui Gate Road and Xia Tongren Road, Shudu Avenue, can enter Changshun Shangjie through the regional road, turning left through the intersection of Changshun upper street and Jinhe Road, Shudu Avenue.
