According to the provisions of the State Council's "Regulations on the Management of Housing Provident Fund" and the average salary of employees in our state employees published by the human resources and social security departments, and statistical departments, the upper and lower limit standards of the housing provident fund deposit base for housing provident fund deposits and the upper and lower limit standards of the deposit amount in our state As the following notice:

1. Housing provident fund payment base and its calculation caliber

(1) Each deposit unit calculates the total wages of the employees of the housing provident fund in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Regulations on the Composition of the Total Salary" (reunification [1990] No. 1) issued by the National Bureau of Statistics. With the average monthly salary of each employee as the base of the employee's depository fund, the monthly deposit amount of its housing provident fund is accurately approved.

(2) From July 1, 2022, the deposit base of the housing provident fund in the administrative area of ​​our state has been adjusted from the average monthly salary of 2020 to the average monthly salary of 2021.

2. The housing provident fund monthly deposit base and the upper limit standard for deposit amount

(1) The upper limit of the housing provident fund deposit base of the employees of our state shall not exceed the monthly average salary of the employment of full -caliber urban units published by the Provincial Human Resources and Social Affairs Department and the Provincial Bureau of Statistics (73129 yuan ÷ 12 months = 6094) 3 times, that is, 18282 yuan.

(2) The total upper limit of the individual and employees of the unit and employees is 4388 yuan (18282 yuan × 12%× 2).

(3) The lower limit of the payment base is not announced by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of Guizhou Province that the minimum wage standards of the counties (cities) of our state in 2021.
