beginning

I embarked on the road of wrestling and was influenced by my father.

I am from Dingxiang County, Xinzhou City, Shanxi Province. This small county town in eastern Shanxi is a well -known hometown of wrestling in China. I have walked out of the wrestling players such as Cui Fuhai, Zhang Maoqing, and Mei Xihuai.

Our children there are wrestling when they are fine. Our wrestling is called "scratching sheep". The scratching sheep is our most famous folk activities in the local area. It is said that it has a history of more than 800 years.

My father was a wrestling fan since he was a child. His dream when he was a child was to become a wrestling world champion. Affected by the family conditions at that time, his father failed to do so.

When I was a kid, I often played with my father to play with my father. It was dazzling. Sometimes I went to the wrestling field. I played wrestling with my ordinary boys.

Maybe my father saw the shadow of his childhood, so he pinned the dream of the world champion on me. When I was 11 years old, he resolutely sent me to a local physical school for professional training, and started practicing. Freedom wrestling.

Fortunately, I won the third place for the first time in the Provincial Games. This is the first official game I got. At that time, it didn't feel much to get the third place, and even a little disappointed, because my goal was always the champion.

Later, I also won the championship of the provincial competition as expected, but the results of the national competitions have not been ideal. Until 2013, I happened to have a chance to participate in the Chinese -style wrestling competition and accidentally won the national championship.

Chinese -style wrestling is one of the oldest sports in my country. Compared with free wrestling, Chinese wrestling technical movements are more abundant and the competition is more ornamental.

At that time, there were two ways to be in front of me: whether to continue to practice free -style wrestling, or change the track and practice Chinese -style wrestling. I may be more likely to achieve results in Chinese wrestling projects, but after all, I have been tangled.

After my entanglement was in college, I was gone. At that time, I entered the Wuhan Institute of Physical Education to study and train through a special recruitment. At that time, Coach Guo Kuo told me that I was very competitive in the Chinese -style wrestling project. The niche project, but the influence of the future will become larger and bigger, which is likely to represent China to recruit world events.

Later, I followed my heart and chose a Chinese -style wrestling.

It may be difficult for others to change the project, but for me, there is almost no difficulty.

After going to college, I started to win the championship crazy. I almost won more than 30 championships in large and small. The championships of the Chinese -style wrestling events across the country almost made me win. In 2015, I was selected as the national team. Because I have won every time I am on the field, especially the 60 kg level, I have won with an absolute advantage.

In the past few years, I participated in the competition across the country, and basically held a travel mentality, and then won a championship by the way.

On my wrestling road, it is not smooth sailing. 2016 is the most difficult period. My father had a chest operation in Beijing due to a heart disease. It didn't take long after that, my mother had a car accident. I could only take care of the family while the game. With my life and training to help me get out of the predicament.

Win the championship

A Indian movie "Wrestling! "Dad" once fired in China, and I went to see it, or with my father. My personal experience is very similar to the Jita in the movie. The difference is that the champion I won may be more than Gitta. I also won the world championship and twice.

The first time was in Wenzhou, Zhejiang. It was the first time I participated in international competitions on behalf of China. The 2015 China Wrestling International Championship was played. At that competition, nearly 200 athletes from 18 countries and regions participated. I still participated in the women's 60 kg competition.

Because I played the knockout match, I had to go home in one game, so I dared not care about each game, and waited for the opportunity to attack while stabilizing the defense. Fortunately, it was smooth, let me pass the level all the way and entered the finals. Facing the national teammates, they are very familiar with each other's technical characteristics. They are more mistaken for who made less mistakes on the stage of the competition and can seize the opportunity. In the end, I won the championship.

I finally realized my dad's dream of not achieving it. After the game, I rewarded my father for the first time.

Once going abroad to fight, it is false to say that it is not nervous, but after two years of tempering, I am very confident in my strength. In that World Cup, although the Chinese team won the championship, it was unfavorable. The first project was defeated, which gave us some pressure in the following match. But I stood up with the pressure. In the 60 kg of women's competitions, I continued my dominance in this project. Each knockout match won with an absolute advantage, and finally defeated the opponent in the final and won the championship.

future

Being a wrestling coach is my dream. After graduating from college, I quickly realized my dream. I came to Zhuzhou from Wuhan Institute of Physical Education and became a wrestling coach of the city sports school. I was responsible for the training of more than 20 wrestling children.

In the usual training, I am a fierce person who will teach students one by one to students. It is also very harsh on the students on the training ground. Play with students.

In fact, when I was a coach for the first time, I was also confused. When I first came to Zhuzhou, I was unfamiliar with my life and my diet was not accustomed. Thanks to the help of other coaches of the sports school, I was also handy as a wrestling coach.

In recent years, the influence of Chinese -style wrestling has become increasingly greater. , Changsha, Xiangtan, Yiyang and other places have also formed a Chinese -style wrestling team.

While I was a coach, I also played some competitions as athletes and won some championships. In addition to the simple and happy time when you enjoy the children, it is more important to discover and cultivate some sports seedlings in wrestling, so that the sports industry, especially Chinese wrestling projects, have some successors.
