This is also the first local legislation named after ecological civilization education. The "Measures" clearly will be the Zhou of Ecological Civilization Education and Propaganda Week, which will be on June 5th of the Environment Day each year. At the same time, encourage and support the discounts or openness of the public or botanical garden, wetland parks, geological parks, and public cultural facilities to the public or open freely. It will be open for free at the Ecological Civilization Education Week and provide ecological civilization education services.

The "Measures" include general rules, school ecological civilization education, family ecological civilization education, social ecological civilization education, guarantee incentive measures, and attachments, with a total of 40 chapters. The "Measures" clearly stipulate that ecological civilization education is the responsibility of the whole society.
