"Chengdu" Dujiangyan City helps Kangding City to promote the healthy development of real estate

Recently, the Kangding Urban Construction Jet Seminar and Housing Construction Management Development Association was formally established, and the unveiling ceremony was held in Kangding West Wanhe City. Yang Yunfei, member of the Standing Committee of the Kangding Municipal Party Committee, deputy mayor, and Dujiangyan supporting Kangding City Working Team, and the relevant responsible comrades of Ganzi Prefecture Housing and Urban Construction Bureau were unveiled to the association. Dujiangyan City Housing and Urban -Rural Development Bureau, Dujiangyan Real Estate Association, Dujiangyan Capital Association, Dujiangyan Property Association and Kangding City departments, association enterprise representatives and other relevant personnel attended the unveiling ceremony.

In the early days of the preparation, Dujiangyan City supported cadres to give full play to their own industry advantages, investigated the development of Kangding City's real estate industry, and found that the cooperative, standardized, and systematic of the real estate industry was to be improved. Plan new methods to promote the establishment of the joint association of Kangding Housing Construction Management and Development. Under the guidance of the Ganzi Prefecture Housing and Urban -Rural Development Bureau, the Ganzi Prefecture Housing Association, the Dujiangyan City Housing and Construction Bureau, the Dujiangyan Housing Association, the Dujiangyan Property Association, through the joint efforts of 8 months, the Kangding Housing Construction Management Development Association was established according to law. It became the only county -level city in Ganzi Prefecture to establish a real estate association.

At the ceremony, the Dujiangyan Real Estate Association and the Kangding Municipal Housing Management Association reached consensus in five aspects, including mutual cooperation, benign interaction, mutual promotion, and common development, and signed the "Strategic Cooperation Agreement". Subsequently, a symposium was held, and the participants exchanged speeches around the situation of counterpart support, association operation, property management, business development, etc.
