Personalized training promotes high -quality employment

Recently, the Yanta District Retired Military Affairs Bureau and the Shaanxi Live Industry Research Institute held the 2022 self -employment army to transfer cadres to the "short video+e -commerce live broadcast" training course to further enhance the innovation and entrepreneurial capabilities of the self -employed army to turn the cadres.

The training lasted for 7 days and a total of 50 students participated in the training. In response to the characteristics and actual needs of the cadre group of the self -selection army and the actual needs, and combined with the previous investigation, the District Retired Military Affairs Bureau invited the expert team of the Shaanxi Live Industry Research Institute to teach. The teaching teacher is based on the theme of short video and e -commerce live broadcast. It adopts the combination of "classroom theory+practical operation" to conduct training around short video shooting and production, live broadcast skills and practical exercises.

During the training, the trainees listened carefully, actively participated in class interaction, exchanged experiences, and shared experience. Everyone expressed its benefits. Mr. Zhang, a student, said, "It's too practical. This training has opened up our thinking. I must do it well when I go back."

In order to solve the problem of "financing difficulties" of the entrepreneurial group of retired soldiers, the District Retired Military Affairs Bureau has repeatedly contacted the District Financial Office, the District Human Resources and Social Affairs Bureau and other relevant units, and launched the "Military Innovation Loan" entrepreneurial preferential loan project. As of now, a preferential loan has been issued for retired soldiers and entrepreneurs.
