At 3 pm on July 3rd in Algeria local time, the opening ceremony of the fourth section (PK16-PK22) of the China Railway Construction Beijiaya connection project was held at the project site. Governor of Beijiaya Provincial Governor Camel Eden Karl Bush, the Secretary -General of the Algerian Expressway Bureau Berbili Dia Akhin, Owner Representative Afaer Abeldner and Tiejian International North Africa regional company People attended the event and jointly cut the ribbon for the project. This is a practical measure for China Railway Construction to congratulate Algeria's 60th anniversary and help local infrastructure construction.

The Algerian Bijiaya connection project starts from the north of Algeria Bijiaya Port, and is connected to the East and West Highway, which is also completed by China Railway Construction. This project is the second largest highway project of A Chengjian after the East and West Expressway, with a total length of about 100 kilometers, two -way 6 lanes, passing through 5 cities. After completion, the driving time from the Beijia Harbor to the East and West Highway will be shortened from 4 hours to 1 hour, which is of great significance to create a convenient logistics environment and promote economic development along the route.
