Provincial Green Technology Innovation Index: Beijing has doubled

On May 18, 2022, the Zero 1 think tank released the China Green Technology Innovation Index. The index mainly reflects the level of green technology innovation in China and East and Western regions. Beginning this month, the Zero -One think tank will successively release the green technology innovation index of all provinces (cities, autonomous regions) for your reference. In this issue, let's share the green technology innovation index of Beijing first.

1. Beijing: The annual green technology innovation index rises steadily

From 2008 to 2021, Beijing's green technology innovation continued to improve. Its green technology innovation index rose from 1000 points in 2008 to 2315 points in 2021, which has generally risen steadily. Compared with the National Green Technology Innovation Index, Beijing's green technology innovation index has a compound annual growth rate of 7%, which is lower than 12%of the country. From the perspective of annual growth rate, since 2019, the growth rate of Beijing Green Technology Innovation Index has begun to catch up with the country and achieved overtaking in 2021.

Beijing's green technology innovation is mainly promoted by large state -owned enterprises, universities and research institutes. For example, PetroChina and Sinopec are the main force of Beijing's green technology innovation. In addition, Tsinghua University, Beijing University of Technology, Beijing University of Science and Technology, etc., are also working hard to innovate green technology.

2. From January to May this year, Beijing Green Technology Innovation Monthly Index fluctuates obviously

From January to May this year, the monthly index of green technology innovation in Beijing was fluctuating. From the perspective of incremental, the green technology innovation index in February and May fell. The main reason for the decline in the Green Technology Innovation Index in February and May is the decline in the number of new green patent applications in the past two months. For example, there were only 6 new green patent applications in Beijing in May, which greatly lowered the green technology innovation index of the month. From January to May this year, the monthly index of green technology innovation in Beijing is higher than the country, and the index volatility is greater than the country. Its trend is consistent with the country.

From the perspective of total, the Beijing Green Technology Innovation Monthly Index has continued to rise this year, from 100 points from January to 278.92 points in May. The growth rate has slowed down.

3. China Enfei: The number of green patent applications in Beijing ranks first

Judging from the situation of green patent applications in Beijing from January to May of this year, China Enfei Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. ranked first with 7 green patent applications, followed by Beijing High Energy Times Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. and China Huaneng Group Clean Energy Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd. As a green and environmental protection vanguard in the non -ferrous metal industry, China Ensfei performed well in green technology innovation. For example, the company carried out technological innovation in the fields of waste incineration, scrap steel, sludge and wastewater treatment, and maintained a higher level of green technology innovation.
