In the past 30 years of China and South Korea's establishment of diplomatic relations, the two governments and people have worked together to work hard to cooperate, overcome difficulties, and achieve fruitful results. China and South Korea have continued to deepen the pragmatic cooperative relationship, providing opportunities to the development of the two countries, bringing affordance to the people of both parties, and injecting motivation for regional security. Thirty standing, how to summarize the past, look at the present, and grasp the future is a major issue in front of us.

With the profound changes in the international situation and the continuous adjustment of policies in South Korea, the awareness of domestic and Korean relations in South Korea has a serious bias. Some people mistakenly look at the economic cooperation between China and South Korea, the cultural exchanges between China and South Korea, and the common interests of China and South Korea, which seriously exaggerate the differences between China and South Korea on some issues. Some people blindly follow the US and European public opinion, saying three or four to China's internal affairs. Some people even advocated that they should follow the United States to curb China and interfere with the development of China's development.

The reason why these errors appear in South Korea in China, I think the reason is many aspects. The first is that it cannot be viewed correctly, and the other is to be wrapped in extreme anti -China trend, and the third is to be confused by the forces outside the territory. History tells us that it is fantasy to expect to be the master of the outside world and seek the safety of other countries to protect ourselves. The peace and stability of the Korean Peninsula can only be determined by the national governments and people of the region. The development and prosperity of Northeast Asia can only be guaranteed by the national governments and people of the region. Peace is like air. We can't wait to lose it before we sigh.

China and South Korea are neighbors who cannot move away. They are important partners and have extensive common interests. The two countries have similar positions on the major issues of maintaining peace and stability of the peninsula, and have common concern to regional security. The economic and trade exchanges between the two countries are mutually beneficial and are of great significance to the economic development of the two countries. Based on history, there are no multiple options for China -South Korea relations, only one option, that is, friendly cooperation for generations. Promoting the sustainable and healthy development of relations between the two countries and depicting a better future of bilateral relations are our inconsistent responsibility. I would like to make the following suggestions:

The first is to increase credit and interpretation, and lead the two -level strategic communication between the heads of state. In March of this year, Chinese President Xi Jinping called Yin Xiyue to congratulate Yin Xiyue for successfully elected the President of South Korea, pointing out that the two sides should adhere to the original intention of establishing diplomatic relations, promote the stable and far -reaching partnership between China and South Korea, and benefit the two countries and peoples. The Chinese government attaches great importance to Sino -South Korean relations. It should play the leading role of the head of state, innovate bilateral high -level interaction forms, respect each other's core interests, and solidly promote and deepen strategic partnerships.

The second is to take advantage of the trend and upgrade the model of economic and trade cooperation between the two countries. China is promoting the formation of a new development pattern of mutual promotion of domestic large -cycle and domestic and international dual cycles. The two countries should deeply dig the potential of cooperation, increase scientific and technological research and development cooperation, cultivate joint innovation capabilities, jointly build a mutually beneficial flat value chain, and promote economic and trade cooperation from quantitative changes to quality. Working together to maintain the multilateralism and free trade system, the banner clearly opposes the intention of deliberately "decoupled" and "broken chain", promotes the early release of RCEP dividends, and promotes substantial progress in negotiations between the China -Japan -Korea Free Trade Zone.

The third is to strengthen cooperation and build a community of security communities in Northeast Asia. Security is the prerequisite for development, and human beings are inseparable security communities. China and South Korea are both in Northeast Asia and have common security benefits. We should adhere to the concept of joint, comprehensive, cooperative, and sustainable, abandon the Cold War thinking, do not engage in group politics and camp confrontation, and do not build their national security on the basis of unsafe other countries. It is necessary to solve the differences and disputes between countries through dialogue and negotiation, and uphold the principle of inseparable security and unimfractively build a balanced, effective and sustainable community of Northeast Asia in the region.

The fourth is to strengthen exchanges and consolidate the basis of friendly exchanges between the two peoples. The relationship between the country lies in the blindness of the people. The two countries should be rationally viewed, respect each other's history, culture, and customs, and properly handle negative emotions in humanities exchanges. It is necessary to give full play to the advantages of "similar geography, communication between the fate, and popularity", strengthen personnel exchanges, guide the healthy interaction and cooperation between the academic circles of the two countries and the media, enhance the communication between young people between the two countries, and hold China and South Korea with the 30th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations and holding China and South Korea. Cultural exchanges are the opportunity to design more activities that are conducive to improving national friendship.
