Shijiazhuang City Natural Resources and Planning Bureau detailed "temporary building"

On July 4, Zhao Luxin, the party secretary of the Municipal Natural Resources and Planning Bureau, explained the definition of temporary buildings.

Temporary buildings refer to temporary construction and use of units and individuals due to production and living needs. With the approval of relevant departments, the structure (structure) or other facilities that must be demolished within the prescribed period must be demolished within the prescribed period.

The "Regulations on the Urban -Rural Planning of Hebei Province" stipulates the application and use period of temporary construction project planning permits.Article 60: For temporary construction in urban and town planning areas, the construction unit shall apply to the competent urban and rural planning department of the city or the county people's government to issue a temporary construction project planning permit.Article 62: The period of use of the planning permit for temporary construction project shall not exceed two years.If it is indeed required to extend the period of use, it shall apply to the approval authority for the continuation procedures 30 days before the expiration date of the validity period. After approval, it can be continued once, but the extension period must not exceed two years.
