Earlier, the water department had a planning and design of water drainage in the north of Yao Sausqu, but it has not been implemented for the time being due to a large amount of land.

Now, a large amount of rainwater in Nancheng District enters Beimen Beach through the normal nitrate canal and has gathered there for a long time. If the water level of the Beimen Beach reaches the southern Tongpu Railway, the water should be pumped to the nitrate beach next to it. However, when the heavy rain or continuous rainfall, if the two beaches are full, they can only be discharged to the salt pond, which will be greatly threatened to the safety of salt ponds.

In 2021, due to the continuous rainfall in autumn, the average precipitation of the city was 902.8 mm, which was only 980.7 mm in 1958. It caused a large amount of water in salt ponds and the water level rose rapidly. As of the end of April this year, the total amount of water storage of Yanchi had reached 120 million cubic meters, and the water surface rose to less than 1 meter away from the cross -lake avenue, and about 70%of Yanchi was flooded.

According to statistics, the normal library capacity of Yanchi is 45 million cubic meters, and of the 75 million cubic meters of overly, about 20 million cubic meters are the 24 gaps in the northern foothills of the south of Yanchi; about 5 million cubic meters are The Haoji Railway Tunnel leaks water; about 50 million cubic meters come from Beimen Beach and Nittan Beach, Beimen Beach and Nitty Beach, mainly composed of three parts. From the urban area to the countryside, from the culvert to the Ming canal, the long nitrate canal finally stopped at the nitty beach outside the north gate of Xiezhou. Water conservancy experts said that because the rain and sewage diversion projects in the urban area have not ended, some sewage along the way will still be mixed with rainwater to discharge the normally nitrate canal, so it is essentially sewage in its water.

The second place is located near the nitita beach (Xizhenghu Reservoir). Here, we see the end of the normal nitric canal. Compared with the middle reaches, the normal nitrate canal here is obviously renovated and reinforced, and the channels are a lot wider. The rainwater and sewage from flowing from the urban area are here to enter the nitric pond beach or the northern gate beach -there are two control gates here, one is the nitric pool beach control gate, which is directly connected to the nitrate beach on the west side. When the design flood needs to be flooded for more than 50 years, the water flow is discharged into the north gate beach through the gate beaches.

In 2020, the municipal party committee and the municipal government specialized the treatment of black and odorous water bodies in the nitrogen canal, and implemented the diversion and transformation of the rainfall rainfall of the canal, which greatly improved the problem of water pollution and poor drainage.

Although the normal nitrate canal is unblocked, the large amount of rainwater discharged by the city has led to the continued rise in the water level of the nitric pool beach, and the problem of water pollution is serious, resulting in the submerged farmland of the surrounding area, and the groundwater becomes bitter and salty. When the water level of the nitrate beach is higher than that of evergreen canal, the water of the normal nitric canal can only be discharged into the North Gate Beach, which directly threatens the flood prevention of salt pond.

From the perspective of water conservancy experts, the key to the current flood control of Yanchi is to discharge the water in the North Gate Beach and the Pond Beach as soon as possible to the flood limit. The discharge of North Gate Beach and Nitty Beach, fundamentally, is not a matter of quantity, but a matter of quality. If the pipeline network of Nancheng District can all achieve rainfall diversion, the rainwater and the processed medium water in the normal nitrate canal can achieve the "coming and walk" operation method, and no longer occupy the flood control period of the Beimen Beach and the During the flood prevention period of the nitrate beach.
