The fourth is to implement the "Lanmei Space Cooperation Plan". Jointly developed on -site observation satellites with the Mekong National, providing a return -type satellite opportunity to carry out space breeding cooperation. Five countries are welcome to join China to participate in the international moon scientific research station to conduct cooperation in the International Moon Scientific Research Station, carry out moon and deep -space detection, satellite ground stations, and space fragments monitoring cooperation to provide space science and technology training for various countries.
