In order to implement the important decision -making and deployment of the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government to vigorously develop the cultural tourism economy and the marine economy, accelerate the allocation of rural tourism products in the Binhai Tourism Scenic Road, and support the construction of rural tourism products in Yongding District of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. According to the selection criteria and procedures, after review, it is planned to list 6 villages including Xiahe Village, Caoyuan Town, Yong'an City, Sanming City, and two towns including Su Ping Town, Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone.
