The starting point is located in Wagongtai Town, Hulubi County, and connected to the Nanshan companion highway in the west of Changji Prefecture.After passing the 146 County Road and Junhu River in Hutubi County, the end point is connected to 160 county roads in Manas County. The total length is 29.8 kilometers.The project started in April 2021, and the construction of 14 months was completed on June 28, 2022.After the opening of the road, the structure of Urumqi, Changji, and Shihezi urban agglomeration is optimized, the urban space is expanded, and the economic development of the regional economic development, the integration of traffic and travel, and the improvement of people's livelihood all have a positive role in promoting.
