Henan Province Anti -drug Regulations

Article 30 The health and health departments of the people's governments at or above the county level shall, together with the public security, drug supervision and management departments, etc., reasonably layout and scientifically set drugs to maintain the treatment of outpatient and centered pills, so that those with detoxifications will be treated nearby.

Article 31 The community detoxification work shall be organized and implemented by the township people's government and the street office. The township people's governments and sub -district offices shall set up community detoxification work leadership groups according to the needs of the work, clarify the organization of community detoxification work, equipped with full -time staff of community detoxification, and announce the address and contact information of the community detoxification work agency.

The township people's governments and street offices shall sign a community detoxification agreement with community detoxification personnel. Community detoxification agreement includes the following matters:

(1) The rights and help that the community detoxification personnel can get;

(2) Community detoxification personnel shall abide by the requirements;

(3) Specific measures for detoxification of the community;

(4) Responsibility to violate the agreement;

(5) Other matters that should be clear.
