Recently, Mr. Liang received a call from the staff who claimed to be "XX Education" at home, saying that he would refund the tuition fee of 9,800 yuan to him. Because Mr. Liang had previously enrolled in the education institution, he added the other party's QQ and entered a QQ group in accordance with the guidance of the other party. In the QQ group, the other party guided Mr. Liang to download the "Ping An Finance" APP. After Mr. Liang downloaded the app, the "customer service" told him that he could only return 5%of the tuition first, and Mr. Liang did receive the RMB 490 of the other party.

Subsequently, the "customer service" guided Mr. Liang to do the task to obtain the rebate. After Mr. Liang performed the opponent's guidance, the other party claimed that Mr. Liang "operated mistakes" and needed to "return the principal to return the principal." Mr. Liang had transferred the account provided by the other party three times, but he had not seen the rebate before he found that he was deceived, so he immediately called the police. So far, he was deceived for RMB 5,4290.

Technique analysis
