First of all, in most cases, throwing the toilet paper directly into the toilet will not bring serious consequences, but there are some special circumstances to pay attention. Why do you say that? Let's talk briefly below.

Is it useful or nostalgic for the small paper basket by the toilet?

When it comes to the toilet paper, we will immediately appear in our minds. But in the past, this was not the case. Decades ago, many people were available after the toilet, all of which were appropriate stones, corn sticks (after dry granules), straw, bark, leaves, newspapers, and so on. Fortunately, these things that you know when you hear the toilet is the standard when the toilet is solved or used in the dry toilet -at that time, the toilet was still a rare thing.

Later, for a while, people slowly used the yellow and rough horse dung paper, and then with wrinkles and toilet paper. Although these paper solves the problem of paper/no paper, its raw materials are diverse and the workmanship is relatively rough. Whether it is a person's butt or a toilet, it is still a severe test. Such a piece of paper fiber is thick and strong, and it is really easy to block directly in the toilet. Do not put a small paper basket that has been used for toilet paper, I am afraid that someone will have to hold the skin in front of the toilet and work hard in front of the toilet for three days.

Therefore, in the past, the small paper basket by the toilet did play the role of "guarding" toilet.

But doing so now is not so necessary. Why do you say that?

Can you throw the toilet, see what "paper" is

Rolling paper, paper pumping, paper towels ... Although these daily necessities have a "paper" character, there is a small difference in friendliness of the toilet.

For example, our commonly used roll paper is standard in the default toilet. This kind of paper is stirred a few times, and it will easily become a bunch of dandruff. I believe everyone has forgotten when washing clothes. Take the painful experience of taking out the sanitary paper ...

If you think about it, you can know that a few toilet paper is thrown into the toilet, which is easy to "pink bone" under the impact of the water flow. Of course, it is impossible to block. Think back, our most commonly used toilet paper is really this type. Therefore, in most cases, the toilet paper can be thrown directly into the toilet.

In addition, according to the current national standard GB/T 20810-2018 "toilet paper (including toilet paper)", there is also a decentralized test about paper.

Generally, a certain amount of paper is placed in a plum tube that was loaded with 5L water, then rotated and ventilated. Therefore, the toilet paper that meets relevant standards will be rushed away directly without bringing much pressure on the toilet.

But other types of paper are not necessarily suitable for toilets.

Taking paper and paper towels as an example, we all know that such paper is often thicker and more flexible. This is usually because the fibers used in such paper are longer, and the components that can still be maintained after dipping water can be added. Therefore, even if you wet your face, you can still maintain your integrity. If you use roll paper, you often wipe out the annoying white paper foam. There are also some kitchen paper towels, which must be scattered in wet, not to mention that some dry and heavy paper towels are simply a non -woven fabric for chemical fiber. "Paper" like this, throw it down, is really blocked to the toilet, but don't throw it directly into the toilet.

There is no problem with the toilet paper. However, if it is a bathroom in a long time, the toilet may be weak, and the pipeline is narrowed and rough due to sedimentation and corrosion. In this case, there may be hidden dangers directly.

It's time to say goodbye to this small paper basket

The small paper basket by the toilet once had its role, but it is really outdated now.

First of all, this kind of paper basket is not hygienic, the taste is unpleasant, and it is easy to breed bacteria, attract flies to spread diseases.

Secondly, the toilet paper that is thrown into the paper basket is often burned or landfill, which may increase pollution and energy consumption, and throw directly into the toilet and wash away, which is actually more environmentally friendly. Because the toilet paper has less pollutants after entering the sewer, and it can be more easily purified in the sewage treatment plant.

In order to completely say goodbye to this small paper basket, all aspects are working hard.

Like researchers have been working hard to develop new papermaking technology, they will not miss one hand when they are wiped, but toilet paper that can quickly dissolve in water. For example, some paper towels and wet toilet paper, although it looks thick, can also be safely rushed off the toilet.

The relevant departments have also been updated accordingly on the quality standards of toilet paper, such as adding decentralized indicators mentioned in the previous article. In addition, the toilet drainage pipe diameter and other indicators have also been slowly regulated. With the corresponding standards, I believe that in the future, we will rush to the toilet directly into the toilet in the future.

Finally, we need to change our concept. When everyone realizes that the toilet paper can be directly rushed to the toilet, this small paper basket can become history.

We have experienced the changes in stones → horse dung paper → toilet paper, and open -air → dry toilets → pumping toilet, and now it is time to say goodbye to this small paper basket. Perhaps, in the future, only the lunches who must not be cleaned up with A4 paper in the future will miss this small paper basket.
