In order to help Liaoning realize the transformation of green low -carbon, the Bank of China fully taps its own advantages, rationally use its own resources, and make a new energy industry plan for photovoltaic power generation+charging and replacement station model. State Power Investment is one of the five major power generation groups in my country, and is the world's largest photovoltaic power generation company, and the number of new energy installed capacity is the world's number one. Based on the development direction of the new energy industry in high degree of fit, Liaoning Traffic Investment New Energy Co., Ltd., a new energy joint venture company that focuses on photovoltaic power generation, jointly established a new energy joint venture company with photovoltaic power generation. According to the relevant person in charge of the Traffic Investment Group, the green high -speed smart energy project of the whole region will be promoted by the company.

According to the plan, the construction of related projects will be completed in two phases. The construction of the first phase of the completion of the planned at the end of 2022 includes the investment amount of 277 million yuan and the construction of a photovoltaic power generation project with a installed capacity of 56.42 MW; an investment of 81 million yuan to build more than 122 and more than 300 charging piles in high -speed service areas. It is understood that at present our province has built 92 charging piles in the 23 service areas of Shenda Expressway, Shenyang Ring Expressway, and Shen Si High Speed. Essence After the completion of the first phase of the project, passers -by of Liaoning high -speed speeds can be used in all service areas of the highway in our province to use a charging pile.

In addition, in accordance with the principles of construction, the new energy company will also step up the construction of the second phase of the project. The construction content is that the investment amount is 631 million yuan and the installed capacity is 128.63 MW. After all the projects are put into operation, through spontaneous use and surplus online, the company can save 64,000 tons of standard coal each year and reduce carbon dioxide by about 167,000 tons. At this point, the province's high -speed "zero -carbon high -speed" will be completely achieved in terms of power supply, and the carbon neutrality is completed in advance.
