Among them, the largest rainfall point is 155.8 mm in the three house villages in Zhangjiawan Town, 71.5 mm in the core area of ​​the deputy center (155 square kilometers), 79.5 mm in administrative office area, 83.1 mm in the cultural tourism area, and 3 observation stations in the region. More than 140 mm, 70 observation stations have rainfall of more than 70 mm.

In order to cope with heavy rainfall, a total of 7 flood control special divisions, 11 street flood control scores, 11 township flood control scline headquarters, and other related flood prevention headquarters were set up.
