The simulation of this exercise is that due to the continuous rainstorm, the water level of Shahe rises rapidly, and the flood prevention situation is extremely severe. At the same time, the occurrence of unknown radio interference on the Shahe coast has severely disturbed the communication of the municipal flood control headquarters, which has greatly affected the command and scheduling of emergency situations such as flood prevention and mass evacuation of Shahe. The situation is very urgent.

After receiving an emergency interference complaint from the Office of the Municipal Flood Control Headquarters, the Luohe Radio Administration immediately launched the flood prevention emergency action mechanism, and the Luanhe Radio Association sent personnel to rush to the disturbing area. The technicians use the monitoring vehicle to mobile search signal sources along the Shahe embankment. Other personnel carry a portable monitoring equipment to take a speedboat to cross the road to cross the road. After 20 minutes of monitoring and analysis, the technicians finally found and demolished the 4 signal sources around the Shahe of Shahe.

In this emergency exercise, a total of 6 monitoring law enforcement officers, 5 association personnel, 5 sets of portable monitoring equipment, and 3 mobile monitoring vehicles were sent, 4 preset sources of interference signals. Through this exercise, the radio emergency effort was enhanced, and the radio safety defense line was consolidated during the flood season.
