Your unit's "Application for Approval of the 5G Digital Industrial Park Infrastructure Construction Project of the City Chamber-Zhanglin District Road Network and Basic Supporting Facilities Project Preliminary Design and Both Instructions" and related attachments are received. After research, the principle agrees with the preliminary design and engineering estimates of the project. The specific approval is as follows:

I. Project Name: Chengxiang District 5G Digital Industrial Park Infrastructure Construction Project-Zhanglin District Road Network and Basic Supporting Facilities (Project Code: 2020-350302-39-01-002023)

2. Construction address: Changtang Village, Huating Town, Chengxiang District

3. Construction content and scale: This project mainly involves 8 municipal roads, 1 flyover, a sewage pumping station, landscape greening and municipal supporting greening projects on both sides of the Zhanglin River, a total of about 5.989 kilometers. Construction content includes road engineering, bridge culvert engineering, rainwater engineering, sewage engineering, water supply engineering, power engineering, communication engineering, lighting engineering and landscape greening engineering.

4. Engineering estimates and funding: The total investment of the project is 283.4041 million yuan (for details, please refer to the total budget table of the project), and the construction funds are arranged by the district finance.

Fifth, construction period: 24 months

The project unit is requested to further improve the design plan according to the requirements of the review opinions; in accordance with the requirements of basic construction procedures and project legal person responsibility system, bidding bidding system, engineering supervision system, contract management system, etc. Engineering quality and safety, complete construction tasks on schedule.
