According to the National Flood Control and Drought Resistance Headquarters, the National Defense General decided to increase the emergency response to the flood prevention and Typhoon IV emergency response to level III at 12:00 on July 2.As of 14:00 on July 2, the China Meteorological Administration was in a typhoon level III emergency response.Guangdong, Guangxi, and Hainan (district) bureaus are in the typhoon level II emergency response; Henan, Shaanxi, and Liaoning Provincial Bureau are in strong responses to the level IV emergency response.
