Zhang Haidi pointed out that the Chinese government attaches great importance to the development of the cause of disabled, incorporating the affairs of the disabled into the overall planning of the national economic and social development, and promotes the comprehensive development and common prosperity of the disabled. As of the end of 2020, more than 7 million people in China had established files to set up cards to get rid of absolute poverty as scheduled; we attached importance to the development relationship of rehabilitation, education and employment of disabled people, creating more opportunities and possibilities, improving the economic status and social status of the disabled , Lay a better foundation for integration. Since 2015, more than 90,000 disabled students across the country have entered colleges and universities to study; we encourage employment and entrepreneurship of the disabled people to carry out various types of skills training, obtain employment capabilities, and increase family income. We build a beautiful workshop for the disabled women, and live a beautiful and dignified life through sewing, embroidery, weaving, paper cutting, etc. Zhang Haidi said that rehabilitation international has carried out more than 30 projects that benefit the disabled in the world. In 2019, it was established and awarded the Rehabilitation International Outstanding Contribution Award for the first time. The individuals and organizations contributed to the affairs of disabled people had a positive impact.

Zhang Haidi said that with the continuous implementation of the UN 2030 Sustainable Development Amber, it has guaranteed the rights and interests of the disabled, creating a tolerance and friendly social environment for the disabled, and not allowing a person to fall behind has become a universal consensus and action goal of the international community. The China Disabled Persons' Federation and Rehabilitation International are willing to continue to deepen exchanges and cooperation with the United Nations Development Planning Department and the National International Development Cooperation Agency, carry out more high -quality projects, and work together to achieve a better tomorrow for the 2030 sustainable development goals and the better tomorrow.

The project is jointly cooperated with the United Nations Development Program and the National International Development Cooperation Agency. It aims to carry out vocational training for disabled people in Yanqing District to promote decent employment of disabled people.
