The Wuyang Expressway starts from the Phoenix Mountain of the East Lake High -tech Development Zone in Wuhan. It enters the Ezhou realm after crossing the Wutong Lake along Fenglian Avenue, and ends in the Huangshi section of Wuhan to Yangxin Expressway.

The main line of the route is about 34.6 kilometers long, of which 16.7 kilometers in Wuhan section and 17.9 kilometers in the Ezhou section.The entire line adopts a two -way six -lane highway standard, with a total of 95%of the viaduct and a design speed of 100 kilometers per hour.
