On June 29, the "Light and Shadow Vientiane · Qiandao Lake International Light and Shadow Art Biennale" opened at Qiandao Lake Moonlight Island. This year's two -year exhibition is co -sponsored by the Chinese Academy of Fine Arts and the Chun'an County People's Government. It is the first domestic biennial exhibition mainly based on light and shadow media. The first "Thousand Island Lake International Light and Shadow Art Biennale" adopted a form of public solicitation and special invitation plan. In December 2020, the curatorial team launched a preliminary survey, and the art plan was collected to the global global on February 20, 2022. As of March 28, 2022, a total of 258 works schemes from more than 10 countries and 208 artists from the world. After multiple rounds of judges of art members, 26 selected works were finally determined.

Over the years, I have watched many art biennial exhibitions and land art festivals around the world. Most of them are the embezzlement and collection of works of hundreds of artists, which have nothing to do with local local customs and villagers' lives. Here, each piece of work is adapted to local conditions and rooted, as if it is growing from this side of the soil and water. These dozens of optical works born in the water are one of the artists' dedication to the people of Qiandao Lake and the people of Chun'an. The first praise poem.
