On June 30, Shijiazhuang Fuxing Street Municipalization Reconstruction Project Bai Buddha Tunnel Section (Shijiazhuang City Urban Infrastructure Promotion Project Third Working Area) was officially completed and opened to traffic.

The Baofo Tunnel section of the White Buddha Tunnel is located on the east side of Fuxing Street, from Heping East Road in the north, and in Yuba Road in the south. The design is 1678 meters long and 20.5 meters wide. It is a two -way four -lane. The content includes roadbed pavement, protective drainage, traffic safety projects, and the only cross -road steel bridge across the board. After the traffic conversion is completed, the main body of the White Buddha Tunnel will be carried out.

It is understood that the infrastructure upgrade project of Shijiazhuang City is an important controlling project for the municipalization reconstruction project of Fuxing Street. The zone is the key section of the project, and it is also one of the most difficult construction sections in the entire line and the most complicated construction environment. After the Bao Ting Road runs through, the former Fuxing Street's passenger vehicles can achieve north -south traffic through the construction of the project during the construction of the project, ensuring the synchronization of the normal travel and project construction of citizens, and lay a solid foundation for the smooth construction of the project's main project.

Shijiazhuang urban area infrastructure upgrade project, as the key section of the municipalization reconstruction project of Fuxing Street, was jointly undertaken by China Communications Construction and Shijiazhuang Road and Bridge Group. The main construction contents include road engineering, tunnel engineering, bridge culvert engineering, drainage engineering, lighting engineering, traffic engineering and greening engineering and supporting accessories. The project started construction on April 30 and was planned to be opened to traffic in two years. Up to now, the Baofo Tunnel section of Sanong District has completed 117,000 M³, the road base is 14,000 m³, the roadbeds are 139,000 m³, the retaining wall is 40m, the protective project is 2 million square meters, the drainage project is 2km, the road is 10.9 at the grassroots level 10.9 10,000 square meters, 62,000 square meters of surface layer, 6212m of guardrails, and 180 tunnel project enclosure piles.
