For parking facilities in different areas, the differences in the supply and demand status of parking, and considering factors such as road network distribution, public transportation development level, traffic congestion status, etc., different types of districts are divided, and classification fees are implemented. The supply and demand gaps are large and contradictions are highly implemented. The supply and demand gaps are small, and low charges are implemented with small supply and demand gaps. Parking facilities in the same area, distinguish the location of the parking facilities, traffic congestion, parking period, vehicle type and occupation time, etc., and formulate differentiated service charging standards. For road parking space parking services on road motor vehicles, it implements step -type charges that exceed a certain parking time accumulated price increase.

Motor vehicle parking service charges take timely charges. Motor vehicles are parked every 15 minutes for a billing unit, accumulating the cost, and the parking time is less than 15 minutes. If a motor vehicle parking lot that implements a market adjustment price adopts a time charging method, the above -mentioned billing method is implemented. Parking lot operators or managers should be decomposed when adjusting the billing method to keep the price stable. Motor vehicle parking lots (excluding road parking spaces) can be charged according to the actual parking of the parking month (second, quarterly, and year). The specific charging standards can be determined by both parties within the scope of the publicity charging standards.

The preferential policy of motor vehicle parking service charges is as follows: urban road parking spaces and operating parking lots that implement market adjustments. If motor vehicle parking hours are within 15 minutes, the parking service fee is exempt; Including urban road parking spaces), the motor vehicle parking time is within 30 minutes, the parking service fee is exempt.
