Tian Jie, male, Han nationality, born in January 1964, Kaifeng, Henan, has a graduate degree. He joined the work in July 1984 and joined the Communist Party of China in November 1993.

From July 1984 to January 1989, he worked at the Education Department of the Labor and Personnel Department of Sichuan Province;

From January 1989 to July 2000, he served as deputy director and director of the Education Department of the Sichuan Provincial Labor Department, deputy director of the Vocational Skills Development Office;

From July 2000 to April 2004, he served as the director of the Social Insurance Fund Supervision Office of the Sichuan Provincial Department of Labor and Social Security;

From April 2004 to June 2006, he served as the director of the Sichuan Vocational Skills Appraisal Guidance Center, director of Sichuan Provincial Middle and Senior Technical Workers' Correspondence Training Center, Director of the Teaching and Research Office of Sichuan Provincial Technician School;
