At 15:00 on June 30, the center of the "Siaba" was located about 325 kilometers south of Sansha City (Xisha Yongxing Island) in Hainan Province, and the largest wind near the center was 8 (20 meters/second). "Siaba" will move north at a speed of 10-15 kilometers per hour.

It is expected that "Siaba" will begin to enter the Guangxi influence area on the 2nd (north latitude is north latitude, north of the north, 112 degrees west of the east longitude), and enter the southeast of Gui at a strong tropical storm during the day on the 3rd. Story until the 6th, it will bring a continuous rainstorm to heavy rainy weather to Guangxi. The meteorological department reminds that "Siaba" has the characteristics of "slow movement, latter winds in the later stages, long rainfall duration, and large cumulative rainfall". The tropical system has a double typhoon interaction, and its development trend is very uncertain. Guangxi Meteorological Observatory issued a typhoon blue warning at 11:30 on June 30. At 12:30 on the same day, the Meteorological Bureau of the Autonomous Region launched a major meteorological disaster (typhoon) level IV emergency response. Working, maritime ships and operators return to Hong Kong to avoid wind in time, and pay attention to safety.
