The burden of medical expenses will make overall arrangements in regulating the unified rescue system, optimizing the supporting support plan for rescue support, and comprehensive protection of systematic strengthening.

Based on the implementation of the national requirements, the "Implementation Opinions" has three aspects of the province's characteristics in accordance with the actual situation of Sichuan Province: First, improve the level of medical assistance and assistance. From 2023, the province has comprehensively implemented urban and rural medical assistance municipal -level coordination; Determine the target of rescue, and determine six types of groups such as special personnel, subsistence allowances, orphan as medical assistance objects; the third is to reasonably determine the level of rescue, uniformly fund the standards for subsidy, rescue payment standards and rescue ratio.

It is reported that since this year, the Department of Finance has issued a total of 3.41 billion yuan in the central and provincial financial urban and rural medical assistance subsidies to fully support the implementation of the medical assistance system, effectively reduce the burden of medical expenses in difficult people, and to further consolidate Sichuan Province with basic medical insurance as the main body.
