From July 2017 to June 2022, more than 520,000 prosecutions were proposed before the issuance of public interest litigation in the country; the rectification rate in the pre -stages of the administrative agency's previous claims continued from 97.2%in 2018 to 99.5%in 2021. If the prosecution proposal cannot be implemented, a lawsuit shall be filed to promote administration according to law, warning and educating society.
