Typhoon "Siaba" was generated on the sea surface of the South China Sea at 8:00 on the 30th and moved north to north. It is expected to land on the coast of the eastern part of Hainan to western Guangdong on July 2. Affected by it, there will be a heavy rainfall process from July 1st to 6th in South China. The tributary tributary and some small and medium rivers in the Pearl River Basin in the heavy rain area may occur.

The Ministry of Water Conservancy issued a notice to the water conservancy departments of Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan and other provinces and the Ministry of Water Conservancy, and requested to strengthen monitoring and forecasts, scientifically dispatch water conservancy projects, and in principle, the diseased reservoir will run air warehouses.
