Ideological and political work must take people's comprehensive development as value goals

Applying people's theory in ideological and political work research is a major landscape in the academic circles in recent years. An important difference between modern ideological and political work and traditional ideological and political work is to attach great importance to people. This is determined by the essence of modern ideological and political work, and it is also the result of the influence of Marxist theory. Fundamentally, modern ideological and political work is the work of being a person. What kind of person and how to shape people are the core issues of modern ideological and political work. Similarly, as an important part of modern ideological and political work, the ideological and political work of public security is essentially the work of the police. How to promote the comprehensive development of the police, to promote the police's loyalty to the party, serve the people, law enforcement justice, discipline, discipline, discipline, and discipline. The foundation of the thoughts of strictness naturally became the core issue of public security ideological and political work. Focusing on this core issue, Professor Wang Guangsen of Jiangsu Police College Wang Guangsen's monograph "Research on the Thoughts and Political Work of the Police of the grassroots", which specifically expands the analysis with a large length, highlighting the pursuit of the humanistic orientation and value goals of the work.

Based on the perspective of human studies, the book "Research on the Thoughts and Political Work of grassroots police" presents the following characteristics: First, start from systematic theory, based on the inherent characteristics of value targets, based on the ideological, emotion, behavior, and will of grassroots police as the basis At the base point, the author divides the value goals of the ideological and political work of the grassroots police into long -term value targets (the comprehensive development of grassroots police), the recent value goals (mobilizing the enthusiasm, initiative, creativity) of the grassroots police Professional burnout), and determined the content it should contain, not only shows the correlation between the three, but also shows the boundary between the three, which has academic innovation. Second, from the perspective of the person's original perspective, it is pointed out by showing the value of the person. The author regards the "real individual", that is, the grass -roots police as the unity of personal consciousness, personal needs, and personal ability. It is precisely the prerequisite for the comprehensive development of grassroots police. This argument not only adheres to the "personal personal" theory of Marxism, but also meets the growth status of the grassroots police, reflects the depth and emotional dependence of the author's research. Third, from a practical perspective, with the goal of the comprehensive development of grass -roots police, the author proposes to adhere to educating people, guidance, inspiring people, and spurning the people on the one hand. The basic strategy of helping people and the action logic of implementing the strategy (such as: focusing on the needs of the police, respecting the subjectivity of the police, the processing of the police value of the police, and out of education misunderstanding, etc.), reflect a pragmatic attitude and the spirit of seeking truth from sake. In short, the publication of this work will definitely be integrated into the ideological and political work of the grassroots police, and then improves the humanistic content of the ideological and political work of grass -roots policemen, and promotes the comprehensive development of the police into the new driving force.
