According to the report, the layoffs accounted for more than 7%of the total number of employees worldwide. Among them, Novartis Swiss headquarters will reduce 1,400 positions, accounting for 12%of Swiss positions.

According to foreign media reports, Norhua CEO Vas Narasimhan said in April that the company's layoffs will be mainly targeted at conventional posts, administrative posts, and "customer -oriented" posts. This may mean that Norhua's medical representative will face a large number of layoff crises.
