Third, prepare materials

1. The original ID card of the candidate himself.

2. Clear color photos on the front and back of the ID card; the personal color standard certificate is based on the electronic version (JPG format), and the resolution is not less than 300*420 pixels, and the file is greater than or equal to 30KB; it cannot be obtained by scanning and remake by paper photos. The photo file is named Candidate ID number. For details of the format, see Annex 2. Send it to the Email of the Shandong Provincial Appraisal Station in the form of an attachment: [email protected]. (Candidates who have handed over no need to submit repeatedly)

3. Candidates and other epidemic prevention materials such as "Health Code Green Code+Step Code+Test Code+Examination Time 48 -hour kernel test (negative) paper certificate" and other epidemic prevention and control materials. During the test period, wearing a mask.

4. Candidates who cannot participate in the appraisal on time in accordance with relevant national and provincial regulations, please at least 3 working days before the start of the exam. "Announcement of Occupational Skills Appraisal of the Fire Fighting Facter Operator" required to submit an application for extension. Applications that do not meet the requirements are deemed to be the absence of candidates.

Fourth, appraisal arrangement

At 14:00 on the day of the exam, the staff will conduct epidemic prevention inspections at the gate of the training and warfare security detachment. Candidates' vehicles should be parked in an orderly manner along the road. The test room does not provide accommodation parking spaces. Please pay attention to traffic safety.
