The introduction of Li Yanjun, born in April 1980, was born in Linfen, Shanxi, a member of the Communist Party of China, and is currently the deputy director of Linfen Prison, Shanxi Province. He has obtained the second -class merit and twice in the second grade; he has won the honorary titles such as "National Advanced Workers" many times; in 2022, he was rated as the "Double Hundred Political and Law and British Models" of the national political and legal system.

The biggest test of life is the test of life and death. In the past 23 years of work, such experiences have been in the career of Li Yanjun prison. On November 11, 2007, the two robust criminals took the opportunity to approach the mind to Li Yanjun, and suddenly launched an attack, and the blood flowed down from his face. In the face of the test of life and death, with his strong perseverance and stubborn fighting with criminals, he successfully stopped the attempts of two criminals to escape from jailbreak. The occurrence of the police case caused huge damage to Li Yanjun's body, but he did not shrink back. After the injury, he took the initiative to make a request to the organization to return to the front line. He said that I had a test of life and death there, but I still had no regrets, and I witnessed the successful practice of transforming criminals one by one. Over the past 23 years, Li Yanjun visited more than 200 criminals. Faced with various criminals, Li Yanjun has never launched educational transformation. He said that transforming criminals must be good at finding the "key" to open their hearts in order to receive unexpected results.

The criminal Tian had a dispute with his neighbor, and the four brothers lost their hands to kill each other. During his sentence, Tian Mou fluctuated a lot. It turned out that Tian had not come to visit a family member since he served his sentence. He was worried about his family, and he was muddy and mentally stunned.

After Li Yanjun asked the prison leader, he decided to go to Tianmou's hometown to confirm the situation. In a remote small mountain village deep in Taihang Mountain, he saw Tian's parents. His father was imprisoned because of all his four sons, and he was paralyzed in bed in a full anger, while his mother relied on the land to maintain the family life. They are not unwilling to visit the prison, they really do not have enough tolls.

Seeing this, Li Yanjun left all the money on his body to Tian's family. Back to the prison, with the support of the leadership, he quickly launched the "Prison to Teach Direct Train". A family ganging event that helped Tian Mou and his family's prison kicked off.

At the event, when Tian saw his mother's figure, he immediately rushed up and kneeling, holding his mother's legs and crying. This kneeling has endless confession to her mother, and she is also grateful to Li Yanjun's reunion.

Today, Tian Mou not only took the lead in active transformation, but also often experienced educating other criminals by himself. Li Yanjun's concept of transformation of "influence one and educating a batch of education" continued to bloom in high walls.

There are many such stories. After becoming a glorious prison people's police, Li Yanjun rushed to work, discovered problems in time, eliminated hidden dangers, and continued to contribute his strength to ensure the safety and stability of the prison.
