After 17 months, he wrote a research report with both theoretical height and fit at the grassroots level. "Only by close contact with the villagers can we really find problems and solve the problem for them," he said.

In December 2020, Fang Binbin, assistant secretary of the Party Branch of Hongxing Village, Xiaochi Town, Taihu County, Anhui Province, came to Hongxing Village for the first time.
