Hunan Huadian Pingjiang Power Plant is a key energy project in Hunan Province. It is located in Yuping Town, Pingjiang County. It has a total investment of nearly 7.5 billion yuan. It is the first million unit in Hunan. Good and other characteristics, the economic, technology, and environmental protection indicators are at the leading level in China.

At the construction site, sparks were splashed everywhere, and everything was busy workers and shuttle vehicles. Wei Anping told reporters that there were more than 4,000 workers from 27 constructing teams from the country in a nervous construction at the scene to ensure that the project accelerated according to the scheduled time node. At present, the main factory and boiler main project of Unit 1 and No. 2 have been basically completed, and the installation of main auxiliary machine equipment has been steadily promoted; chimneys and No. 1 cooling tower have been structured to the top; the outer linear projects of the plant are all available, and the debugging work is about to be carried out. As of May 31, the project has completed a total of 4.476 billion yuan.

It is reported that after the completion of the Hunan Huadian Pingjiang Power Plant project, the annual power generation reached 8 billion kilowatt -hours, which will further optimize the power structure of the province, effectively improve the safety and stability level of the Northeast Power Grid and power supply reliability, and effectively alleviate the tension of power supply. The project can also drive the sales of lime -stones, the sales of by -product sales such as flour ash, gypsum, scum, and the development of upstream and downstream related industries such as building materials manufacturing, maintenance services, logistics services, and other power plants, which has effectively promoted the economic development of provinces, municipalities, and counties.
