Pudong Public Security Branch issued police notifications

At 10:47 on June 28, the Pudong Public Security Branch received an alarm saying that a bus was slid into the roadside river near Nanzhu Road, Renmin East Road. The public security and fire departments quickly arrived at the scene and rescued the driver.

After a preliminary investigation, there were no other passengers on the bus except the driver at the time of the incident. The vehicles slid into the river after wiping the two battery cars. The two cyclingmen were sent to the hospital for treatment, neither. According to a passenger who got off at a previous stop, the driver claimed to feel unwell and let the passenger get off. Later, the passenger found that the driver was unconscious and saw the vehicle sliding forward and fell into the river. At present, the cause of the accident is under further investigation.
